HOW TO PREVENT HEARTBURN
Here are some tips, tricks, and basic, good common sense ways to avoid heartburn, acid indigestion and sour stomach.
Avoid tight-fitting clothing that may put pressure on your abdomen.
Also, avoid white after Labor Day (for some reason).
Eat slowly. Eat small. Eat often. When you think about it, this sounds like, “Eat all the time.” How cool is that?
Try sleeping in a chair for daytime naps.*
*Okay, we know you probably don’t have time to nap, but this kind of gives you permission. Just tell people, “I must nap. It’s a medical thing.”
