HEARTBURN SYMPTOMS

If you think you’ve had heartburn but you’re not sure, here are some telltale symptoms that will turn your “Maybe it’s….” into “Yep, that’s me.”

HOW TO PREVENT HEARTBURN

Here are some tips, tricks, and basic, good common sense ways to avoid heartburn, acid indigestion and sour stomach.
